You have made a really good start here as you have covered everything needed to pass, explained the terms and provided some specific examples. You just need a few more examples to raise your grade (particularly towards the end). Find examples from the media industry that relate to copyright, public liability insurance and Ofcom (I’ll let you decide how the examples fit…but ask if unsure!)
